Gerry is a WYA Vice President with over 30 years of experience in water supply and facility master planning. Gerry's experience includes the preparation of numerous water supply plans and master plans, infrastructure facility plans, specialized studies of water use, and the effects of water conservation measures on unit demand factors. He has specialized expertise and experience in water rights and water transfers, has assisted a number of agencies in the purchase of supplemental water supplies, and has developed conjunctive use water supply programs to maximize available surface and groundwater resources.
