Jeff Pelz, a WYA Vice President, has over 20 years of professional experience in wastewater systems planning, design, and regulatory assistance. Jeff has also served as project manager/engineer for numerous wastewater collection system planning and design projects for WYA clients throughout Northern California. Jeff is a member of the WYA Operations Management Team.
