John , a WYA Vice President, has over 25 years of experience in planning, design, and construction management of wastewater infrastructure facilities including pipelines, pump stations, and storage facilities. He is a technology leader in Northern California in trenchless pipeline construction techniques including microtunneling and pipeline rehabilitation methods such as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), sliplining, fold-and-form, and spiral-wound pipe. John currently serves as the Davis Office Manager.
