Tim Durbin is an Engineering Manager of West Yost Associates. He has over 40 years of engineering experience and directs projects relating to groundwater and surface-water hydrology. His areas of technical expertise include design of multidisciplinary investigations, design of large-scale programs for the collection and interpretation of hydrologic data, and application of mathematical modeling to the analysis of problems in groundwater and surface-water hydrology. Tim is a Professional Civil Engineer in California and Oregon and has both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from Stanford University in California. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Geophysical Union, International Association of Hydrogeologist, and National Groundwater Association. He has published over 30 papers in his field of expertise and co-authored two books on water resource engineering.
