KEVIN SWAZAS, P.E.
Vice President
Kevin Swazas is Vice President and Manager of the WYA Construction Management Program. He is a 29-year veteran of the engineering industry with experience in design, plant engineering, and construction management for water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities. In addition to being a Certified Construction Manager, Kevin is a California-licensed Professional Engineer. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has an MBA from the University of California, Davis. He is based out of WYA's Roseville office.
