Dave is an Engineering Manager with West Yost Associates with over 35 years of experience. He has served as project manager for the planning, design, and construction support services of a variety of water pump stations, storage reservoirs, and transmission mains. Dave has also served as project manager in the planning and design of new water transmission, distribution, storage, and pumping facilities for WYA clients throughout Northern California.
