Frank Helmick, a Vice President of WYA, has over 25 years of experience in designing civil engineering projects, providing construction management services, and performing quality assurance and quality control oversight for design projects. His civil engineering experience includes designs for sewers, transmission mains, water and wastewater pump stations, wastewater treatment ponds, water and recycled water storage tanks, water supply wells, and grading and drainage plans for site development projects. Frank currently serves as the Roseville Office Manager and oversees the WYA Construction Management division.
