Our office managers provide leadership to staff; assist with local and company-wide business development activities; and provide project management and engineering project technical review to ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with West Yost's established policies and objectives.
Office managers are eligible to participate in the firm's ownership program.
Applicants should possess at least 15 years of engineering, project management, and business development experience for consulting engineering firms in municipal wastewater and water treatment, pumping station, pipeline, water resources, and other municipal infrastructure and public works projects.
Optimal applicants will have been active with major municipal clients and project work in the North Bay Area for at least the last 5 years.
Successful West Yost office managers effectively balance project assignments, office management duties and business development activities. This position is a great fit for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has excellent people and communication skills, as well as client management, marketing, and project management skills.
A civil, sanitary, environmental, or other relevant engineering degree and a California PE registration is required.
