West Yost Associates (West Yost) is seeking a Groundwater Practice Leader to serve as client liaison and project manager for groundwater planning and design projects.

We are a west coast civil/water resources engineering firm with seven offices in CA and OR. Our focus is to provide interesting and challenging work for our employees and excellent service to our clients. We are seeking individuals who wish to apply and expand their skills in a supportive team environment.

Groundwater expertise is desired in any or all of the following areas: water supply studies; integrated water supply planning; conjunctive use studies and design; aquifer storage and recovery well planning and design; regional groundwater studies, modeling and investigations; recycled water system planning/design; and well siting, design and construction.

West Yost desires to talk with top-level candidates who have an interest in building a team and working with senior management and firm Principals. This position is eligible to participate in the firm's ownership program.

Qualified applicants will possess a BS or MS in Geosciences or related discipline or Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience in solving groundwater problems.

Clear verbal and written communication skills & the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this position. Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients regarding projects and measurable successful experience in developing new business.
